The location is unbelievable! And although it has a less than grandiose entry and lobby, the room was very nice! And most importantly the staff was awesome! The desk staff was so helpful and the breakfast room, again while not being grandiose, had the best food and coffee and was run by a young man who took a lot of care and pride in making sure we were happy!! Definitely will stay here again!

The location is very accessable to many of Florence's beautiful sites. As two woman traveling, I found it very very safe location. The front desk was amazing, especially the Brazil woman who were so do helpful. Grazie Millie!! knowlegable, attentive and always smiling. One thi g the hairdryer in the bathroom needs to be updated. The A/C if the windows were opened it didnt work, windows closed the A/C worked. Thank you to the Chef in the kitchen who made the best American cafe during our stay. OMG! the gelato, brilliant, brava and what a nice treat to have in ypur hotel. Grazie. Yummy!! It was a wonderful stay and will come back.. :-)

We were so happy with our stay in Florence; I am so glad that I chose Hotel Duomo. Filippo in the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. He made us feel welcomed!! Our hotel provided us unlimited gelato for freeee 🤗 It’s right next to Lindt and a lot of restaurants! Most importantly, it’s a few steps away from the Duomo and walkable to everything!!

Starting getting bedbug bites two days after checking in and ended up finding and killing one the day before we left. Brought it to the front desk and they said it was probably a mosquito (???) but they would “deep clean” the room. Still got more bedbug bites that night.

Great location, right next to the Duomo with a view from the terrace. Helpful staff, lead by Leone! Ice cream, coffee, breakfast snacks a nice touch and really appreciated having an elevator. Clean and comfortable, the only suggestion would be improved seating in the room. All told a very enjoyable stay.
