Great rooms that were fully equipped. Lots of storage and parking. Efficient air conditioners. Nice staff restaurant nice. Beautiful location but terrible for flies.

Very clean room,Staff could not be more welcoming. The food was amazing prepared by the in house chef. All the staff who took us out on the ‘Safari’ drives were so knowledgeable and were amazing at seeing all the wildlife. Unforgettable experience

Nigel is a fantastic host and the cottage was great. A/C in every room and a lot of local information/videos/books etc.. definitely recommend

The rooms are incredibly tired and worse, dirty. I initially thought the room I checked into wasn’t ready as there was a bare doona on the bed without a cover. I realised that they only have sheets and pillowcase and the doona has no cover. I opened the fridge and immediately had to shut it because the of the smell of rancid milk. Someone has split milk and not been cleaned. The bathroom is tired and the shower sprayed water out the top of the fitting soaking much of the bathroom. The room didn’t look like it had been properly cleaned in some time. The table had a layer of thick dust. Was supposed to go back later this week for a second stay but cancelled. Very disappointing.

Good place to stay for visiting the pound. Communication about tours available in advance via communication wound be good. Signs to direct to reception for check-in would be better
