• Private full-size Pickleball court. The adjustable net system on the 60 x 40 concrete pad can be used for regulation Pickleball, tennis (pickleball court size), or youth volleyball. The court will be ready for use end of June-2025.
• Heated saltwater spa/hot tub included with your stay — perfect for relaxing evenings and gentle on sensitive skin
• Optional heated pool (up to 82°F) available for a small additional fee

Castle by the Sea – Guest Information & House Rules
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review the following guidelines.

Booking & Arrival
• To finalize your booking, identity verification is required.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM sharp to allow time for our cleaning team to prepare for the next guests.

Peaceful Enjoyment for All
• No parties or events permitted.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect neighbors and other guests.
• Pool & Spa hours are 8 AM to 10 PM for your comfort and safety.

Occupancy & Pets
• In compliance with county and fire regulations, the number of guests (including children) must not exceed the number stated in your reservation.
• Pets are not allowed. This home accommodates guests with allergies, so we strictly enforce this policy. A $500 violation fee applies.

Pool, Spa & Outdoor Care
• Hot tub/spa heat (up to 102°F) is included in your stay.
• Pool heat (up to 82°F) is available for an additional fee.
• Please rinse off all sand before entering the pool or house to keep the space clean and safe.
• For your safety, remember this property has open bodies of water (pool, pond, river). Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

Parking
• Maximum 7 vehicles allowed on the property at any time.
• Please park only under the carport or in the driveway.
• Do not park or drive on the lawn, backyard, or any grassy areas.

Linens & Cleanliness
• To avoid replacement fees, please treat towels, bed linens, and quilts with care. Avoid staining or misuse.
• We provide a starter supply of basic items (toilet paper, shampoo, K-cups, etc.). For longer stays, plan to restock as needed — Publix is just minutes away!

Air Conditioning Use
• The lowest AC setting is 71°F to prevent freezing.
• Keep windows and doors closed when AC is running — leaving them open may cause the unit to stop functioning during your stay.

Fire Pit Use (Optional)
• The backyard fire pit is not a listed amenity but may be used at your own discretion.
• Supplies (wood, lighters, chairs, etc.) are not provided.
• Guests assume full responsibility and liability for use. Please clean up afterward and return any moved items to their original place.

Security & Maintenance
• For your safety and the protection of the property, security cameras monitor all exterior areas.
• Maintenance may occur during your stay. Interior repairs will be scheduled with notice. Yard and pool work may happen without notice due to contractor availability.

Check-Out Guidelines
Before departing, please help us prepare the home for the next guests:
• Bag all trash and place it in the bins under the carport.
• Clean or load all dishes into the dishwasher.
• Close all windows and lock all doors.
• Return all items (golf clubs, beach gear, fishing equipment, board games, etc.) to their proper place.
