It is a perfect all-season location: in winter for winter sports lovers; in spring and summer for lovers of trekking, fishing and horseback riding; Autumn is ideal for gourmets: in this period the land gives its precious fruits such as olives, chestnuts, mushrooms and corn, which are then brought to the table with truly delicious recipes of the Emilian and Tuscan tradition. 88 km to the impressive villages of Cinque Terre in Liguria, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, considered one of the most beautiful and evocative coastal landscapes in Italy. At 66 km is the town of Carrara, famous for the extraction and processing of the famous Carrara marble, a very fine white marble extracted from majestic marble quarries in the nearby Apuan Alps.
