Property is easy to access from the highway. Check in was easy, and the gentleman working at the front desk was helpful in answering questions regarding restaurants nearby. The steam shower was amazing, and our king bed was very comfortable. Perfect after a long day of travel. Breakfast buffet was limited in options, with no fruit or yogurt provided. Coffee was good, and a hot waffle was all that we needed to get a good start the next morning.

I stayed here for 1 night and will not be back. The hallways are so dirty, smell bad and look scary and dark. The toilet had pubic hair, the bed sheets looked like off white instead of white, the tv didn’t work and the front desk was nice and came to fix it, but it was not smart tv, I couldn’t log in on Netflix, it was only live tv! Overall, don’t recommend it and it didn’t feel safe!

Room key would not work. Fortunately only slept there so didn’t need. Staff was pleasant and tried to assist, without success. Room recently remodeled and quite nice. But halls, elevator and lobby are horrific. Maybe they get spruced up next?

Hallways and lobby and elevator in a very horrible state. They say that they are renovating , but not sure The rooms were clean and good Breakfast that is included was horrible. No fruits, no eggs, only some bread with a really old toaster. 2 kind of cereal that were stale, milk jug and a sunny D jug, (no fruit juice ) Waffle machine dirty and the cafeteria dirty. Coffee was horrible we had to go to mcdonalds to get coffee.

Not At All How It was Described

The hotel was under renovations which no one mentioned when we book it. There was not breakfast which was to be included with the room rental. The place smelled of paint because of the renovation. There were no tissues or instructions on how to use the remote for the TV of streaming box. No cups to drink water out of and the only ice machine was on the first floor. The only saving quality was that it was quiet because no one else was staying there!
