"The low score was for the shower in our room. Ran it for 5 minutes and had to get someone to come and look at it to try and get it warm. When it did go warm it was hardly coming out. "Unfortunately fire alarm went off and so had to exit building. False alarm (maybe someone smoking in room set it off) no staff of authority seen.
