I wanted to share some feedback from my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, my experience was okay, and I appreciated that the hotel was quiet, the other guests were respectful, and the management staff was kind and professional. However, I did have some concerns regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. There were spots on the walls, the shower curtain appeared dirty, and there were items such as hair and socks left under the sofa. When I attempted to use the oven, the handle came off, and there was also a significant amount of mold around the sink. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it helps improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

For the most part it was good other than there was roaches in the bathroom. When told about roaches they said sorry bout it and it’s an old building. It was a good location and easy to get too.

We were on the first floor and the people on the 2nd floor had hids they made noises from 9pm all the way threw 8am so we didn't get any rest the manager didn't ado anything I went up and told them to be quiet

Not sure why this place got such good reviews. The reviews were a major factor in my decision to book here. I was unpleasantly surprised. Stayed 3 nights, and had to call to get in on 2 nights because the key cards/door locks didn't work. It was very late and cold both nights and I had my family with me. That's not ok. Only one remote for two TVs - let the manager know the first day. Never rectified. Not able to get fresh linen on weekends because the office is closed on Sat PM and all of Sun. As for cleanliness, walls, doors, and floor were dirty, but no signs of bugs or other pests. The hotel is OLD, and EVERYTHING inside the room is in desperate need of an upgrade. All furniture, cabinets, doors, appliances, and even the bedding is very old and worn. The cherry on top is that you must empty the trash before checking out. I always tidy up and take out the trash when I travel anyway, but to make it required is doing too much. Gave it two stars because there were no pests (although the property/room looked like that might be an issue). Very basic but good if you just need a place for the night and you don't care about age/cleanliness. If those things are remotely important to you, or if you need a room for more than one night, avoid this place. It's very budget friendly, but really not worth it. Once again, I really question the legitimacy of all those good reviews. My experience did not come within the same zip code of the experiences described in the reviews.

The Office closes at 6 P.M. Upon arrival, we received our keys via a lock box. The designated room was damp, musty and older. The appliances were dirty. The bed was lumpy. There were no glasses in the room. Obviously, with the Office closed we were not able to get a more comfortable room.
