Key opened exterior door but not my room. Desk staff refused to come help so I had to leave my belongings in the hallway to go get a new key. Breakfast was cold and most of the “hot” food was hard. My room didn’t have an exterior window

We booked a room with double queen beds. When we arrived we were given a room with one queen bed and a pull out sleeper that fit one person max. The sleeper was small and not comfortable.So one person on an uncomfortable sleeper and I got to sleep on the hard floor. We were told this was do to renovations. So we received a downgraded room for our needs for the price we expected to pay for what we needed. Not ideal at all. Also, the water was never hot from the very first shower. Not impressed all around with this hotel. I hope it was just a one-off situation, but I feel it could have been handled better, and I don't expect to return to this hotel because of the whole stay.

That was the worst hotel I ever stayed in it was dirty. The rooms were dirty. They didn't have towels by the pool, you got a 100 kids in a little pool, and it stunk, by the pool.thpool area

DO NOT stay at this hotel. Room was dirty, sheets looked used, we didn't have HOT water for the majority of our stay, and they would do nothing in order to fix these problems. POOL is MUCH smaller than it looks, and we were there for a few days, and NEVER even got to go to the pool as it was literally packed all day/evening. No room to even get into the water, thats how packed it was. The whole place smelled of 2nd hand smoke and mary-jane smoke smell. Hallways were dirty, lobby was filthy. I WOULD NEVER stay here again, even if it were my LAST option. rooms are very OUT dated, very SMALL. Staff were not helpful. I even have a call into the manager, and I have YET to receive a phone call back after 2 days.
