This hotel needs a deep clean

One of the beds is right up to the a/c unit, so that person froze and the rest of the room was like a sauna. Dust everywhere, carpets looked dirty and dingy, bathroom looked like it could use some bleach. When I was showering the water wouldn’t drain. Went to get some coffee in the morning and it was ice cold.

Tolet was gross the lady at the front desk took photos and applolgized for the condition.We asked to get room compensated as my wife had to change the bedding and clean bathroom. The morning frimt desk told us because we booked through expideia we got the room too cheap.
