Upon arrival for check in, the front desk staff, Tanner, did not even greeted us instead he ask for our last names right away and ask us ti spell it. He seemed to be in a rush, he gave us the paper and ask us to sign after explaining it quickly. We booked 4 rooms, but one of them was mistakenly given to another guest, which caused unnecessary waiting and inconvenience. When Tanner, realized his mistake, he became noticeably more friendly and talkative, quite different from how he acted when we arrived. This was our first time staying at Fargo Inn and Suites, and we chose it based on the many positive reviews we read. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations.. We hope management addresses these issues to improve the check in experience for future guests.
