Under renovations we got locked in our room the deadbolt was stuck, phone was not working . Had to use our cell phone to call front desk, to get them to help by using the joining door from next room. Missed breakfast because of that .

Would not recommend this hotel and we are not picky people. Showed up and there’s a sign saying “pool is closed”, lady at the front says oh it was short notice so we couldn’t notify anyone, we have a 5 year old with us who we’d been promising all day she gets to swim in the pool, so I ask if anything can be done, no sorry my manager isn’t in right now but I’ll get her to call you. Oh and the hot tub is open all night. Great, so we go to the hot tub for a bit but that only lasts so long, the pool is also empty, sanded and prepped to be painted, so I wouldn’t say that’s short notice. The room had debris all over the floor, shower head leaked all over the bathroom, just overall not good. And big surprise we never heard from the manager even after being promised a phone call.

Heat worked great. Our room was clean and comfortable. One recommendation would be to put some hangers in the room. Parking lot was very slippery when we were there.

I was pleased with the accommodations, although the thermostat controls were broken. I had the choice of running the temperature up to sweltering and then letting the room cool off, and repeating the process. I did not report this to management because I needed quiet and not a lot of drama during my two day stay. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were cordial and accommodating, and the complex was well sited on the east side of West Acres, which made shopping and taking care of my needs was well and quickly done! I will stay at Days Inn by Wyndham again! Well done...! ADB

We had stopped at the Days Inn in Billings and we were very impressed so we decided to try it again. This motel is not as up to date as the one in Billings. Minor repairs were needed in out room. We mentioned all the issues at the front desk. We were told that the motel is being updated and that the issues would be addressed.

Remodeling was taking place throughout the entire hotel. Painting the main hallway during busy am hours. It seemed odd to be remodeling the entire hotel all at once instead of one section at a time. The checking process was unorganized, we were first assigned the incorrect room, which they did correct. There was a crazy guy in the lobby arguing with the front desk staff and said several times to us “you don’t wanna stay here.” Our room didn’t have hand soap and the fan on the heater was broken not to mention we listened to it rattle all night along with the running toilet… after checking in we received a phone call asking what room we were in so they could update their system?! We also received 6 confirmation emails after check in. Continental breakfast was subpar. Waffles was basically it with some soggy/non fresh fruit. Would not recommend.
