Power in bedroom cut out, spent an hour trying to get it back on, female receptionist was not helpful just said she'd tell the cleaner, appeared to find it amusing, this spoilt the overall stay. Poor customer service. Property in need of TLC but the breakfast was good, plenty of options. Close to strip.
