Customer Service and Comfort ✅️✅️

Everything was great, room was bigger and nicer than i expected, there was clean towels and washcloths, stocked hygiene, the staff was all very friendly and helpful, and I love any place that has a waffle maker for breakfast. The only problem was that the app says $100 deposit and when i got there i was told $150 for card and $200 for cash... so i had to go to a different atm to pull out another $100 with more atm fees lol. But the good far outweighed the bad and I will be back in the next few months.

Nice and friendly staff

Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is on the older side and needs a little more care. Windows on the 2nd floor near elevator had cobwebs. Breakfast was good just not a lot of choices.

Just okay.

This hotel is just okay. It’s old and wasn’t as clean as I expected. The chair in my room was stained and just looked dirty. The walls in the shower were also peeling. The bed was clean though.
