When I used this for 3 days, they didn't clean the room even though it was tagged "clean room!" Don't miss asking it to the front desk.

I enjoyed my stay and especially loved the mountain view from my window. Even though there was a road nearby, it wasn't noisy. The staff were accommodating, and the breakfast was a highlight. While the room cleaning every three days suited us just fine, the hotel itself feels a bit old-fashioned. The sound insulation could be improved, as the doors rattled when people moved in the hallway. Also, keep in mind that rooms lack a kettle and a fridge.

Very disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel. Guests are not allowed to take even a fruit or a pretzel from breakfast, which felt unnecessarily strict. The breakfast staff was also rude and did not speak English, simply pointing at a sign instead of politely explaining the rule. This negatively affected my overall impression of the hotel.

Paul, the front desk staff was very pleasant to chat with and suggested great places to visit and restaurants to eat at which we did and were all fantastic. Paul is pure example of great customer service.
