Book Estate Chocolate Hole and Great Cruz Bay hotels

Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations! James was very communicative leading up to our stay, and met us at our car rental location to lead us to the property. Since this was our first time at St. John, this was very helpful. He gave us a tour of the property, sharing tips to improve our stay, and even prepared a snack platter of some goodies from a local market. The bathrooms and bedrooms were fully stocked with anything we could need (extra blankets, fans, AC, basic toiletries). The outdoor showers were really nice with a great view while still providing necessary privacy. The property had items for us to take to the beach (beach towels, chairs, paddle board, ice chest). This saved us from having to pay to rent this gear directly at the beaches. There was also sunscreen and bug repellent, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies so we could prepare meals in the kitchen. The open living was very comfortable, allowing us to still feel immersed in the outdoor environment at the same time. It was lovely ending the day by enjoying the private pool and sunset at the same time. If you wake up early enough, you can watch the sunrise on the other side of the property too. We were close enough for a short drive to the downtown area. The check-out procedure was quick and simple. We will be booking this property again when we return to St. John!

Great property. The view and location were wonderful. Perfect patio area to take a swim and watch the sunset. Very close to the Westin, Cruz Bay and markets. The layout of the home worked great for us (all adults), but might not be ideal for families with small children. 3 of the 4 bedrooms can only be accessed by an outdoor staircase and doors open to an open, outside hallway. Just something to be aware of. We had a great week - would return again.

The property was centrally located to Cruz Bay and we had easy access to all points of interest. A Jeep is a must have. The views were unparalleled and for our son’s final high school spring break we could not have picked a better place.

Stunning morning views, incredible beach access, fabulous pool, easy access to town, well-appointed bathrooms for each guest, and a kitchen any chef would love! Very private and quiet. Communication with everyone connected was on target, every time. Oceanport has my highest recommendation. Perfect!

Great property

We stayed here for a spring break get away. We were very pleased with the house. The location is perfect for it's proximity to Cruz Bay and the norther beaches. Everything looked like it did in the listing. Dwight, the property manager,was there to greet us upon arrival and show us around the house. Through out the week he checked in, and gave us updates on the power outages the island was experiencing which was very helpful. The house was well stocked, had an icemaker, AND a flat driveway. If you have been to St. John before you know what I am talking about. We would definitely stay at the Blue Dolphin again.
