Book Best Western Epernay accommodation from AU$91

It was a good and modern hotel, in a central location. However, I was not made aware beforehand that there is no lift access for the wing that I was assigned in - not ideal.

Easy and safe parking with convenient location to bars, restaurants and of course champagne houses. Very simple but spotlessly clean rooms Very welcoming and friendly owners and staff Definitely recommend for one or two nights in Épernay👍

The staff was wonderful and kind, the hotel is clean and quiet, BUT THEY ARE USING THE HOTEL TO HOME HOMELESS RUFFIANS... Not very pleasant to have to go through them smoking and drinking in the front door of the property. It's a pity to see the poor staff dealing with this situation...

Breakfast was good, room meads in good condition and clean. Aircon worked fine.

The hotel had parking in a garage, for a fee, which was good. It felt like the vehicle was safe overnight. The location was good, just a short walk to downtown. It was located near the highway so a bit on the noisier side if you opened the windows. The breakfast options were ok, I appreciated having some non dairy options for yogurt and milk. We had issue with our room key cards when we first arrived, we had to get them redone. The fan also wasn’t always working and there was no AC because of the time of year. It was quite warm while we were there so it did make the rooms a bit stuffy. We had also gone up to have a drink at the bar but found out it was only staffed at specific times. We ended up going out instead. All in all, on ok place.
