The room was a little pricey for what it was. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I thought it was weird that the bathroom sink was in the main room and not in the bathroom, I know it’s hard to change things structurally but maybe lower the room price. And there was no trash can in the room.

The property is a short walk to town and very easy check in. We stayed in room 103 it was a 2 bedroom, clean and the couch and chair were comfortable. Decor was fine. The Shower needs a gut job (although pressure and temp were fantastic) and some of the ceiling tiles need to be replaced. The beds were way too soft on the bunk beds and there were absolutely zero dressers to store our clothing. Strangest thing. If I was there skiing for a week I would have been really upset but we were only there for the night. Nice to have the full kitchen to cook as option for longer stays and each room had a bar fridge too. I would stay here again, perhaps in another room with a firmer mattress. Jess was great.

Not at all as advertised. The room is much smaller. Beds were ridiculously uncomfortable, stand alone bed sounded like it was going to break when we sat on it. Shower was so tiny that I had a hard time taking a shower and I’m a tiny person! The room was ridiculously hot and the fan that was provided did absolutely nothing to help.

Close to town and affordable. Walking to town depends on the person as it is a longer walk. Beds very comfortable. Older building that needs some updating. Never saw staff if there were any but we didn’t need anything.

The parking lot was an ice rink so be careful. I wish the code was just send as an email as there was a few steps involved in obtaining it. (I'm not that tech savvy). Other than that it was great.

The cleanliness was questionable. I wasn’t sure if the random large size toiletries, were for me to use or left over from the previous guests.. Whoever painted the the place did a horrible job. There was paint on the trim, door and peeling off the walls in the shower. I was almost tempted to fix the drywall damage.Great location, very walkable and nice common area.

Nice place close to skiing. Staff was very responsive. This is a self check in property and you’ll need your own toiletries. Checks all the boxes for a comfortable convenient place in Ellicottville.

Great value and lodge like feel. Perfect for a skiing weekend. Can walk to town even in a snow storm. our room needed a fan in the bathroom but other than that a nice room.
