Don’t count on the free hotel shuttle as advertised and confirmed by staff, doesn’t operate when you need it, don’t count on a clean room and bathroom; disgusting, don’t count on a good breakfast.

I thought super 8 El Paso is as clean as super 8 in Mississippi. The building needs renovations or upgrade. One word: Dirty, male frontdesk was rude.

The staff wasnt the friendliest. The room they gave us had a broken door and the key wouldnt work. instead of giving me a new room they personally went to open the door and let it be.
