Even though there isn't any accommodation in El Hawaii itself, there are 2 digs within 30 kilometres where you can hit the hay (and maybe hit the mini bar).

Hotel Caleta Azul and Eco Hotel Playa Quilombo de Curumbe are two fantastic options. They're about as close to El Hawaii as you'll get.

Everyone knows Aussies just love to have a good time, so consider hanging round a little longer and going to the La Azotea Cultural Center and Iglesia y Convento de Santo Domingo in Santa Maria de Jesus, 80 kilometres to the northwest of El Hawaii.
