Nice worker, nice location

I love Oasis 212. So many positives which all come together and deliver a wonderful stay. The food is absolutely fantastic, comparable with a lot of five star hotels, We arrived at about 2 pm and were offered lunch, a wide variety of grilled fish and meats, totally delicious. I had roast lamb in the evening, this was absolutely amazing. The staff are all lovely….. The beach cabins are very spacious the beds and bed linens good quality. I read a few reviews that were critical of the Wi-Fi, I have actually been quite impressed with the Wi-Fi, it appears to be seamless across the entire site. Would I come and stay again…? Absolutely!

I cannot thank the Caravan team enough for their outstanding hospitality. From the front desk to the restaurant staff and room attendants, everyone was kind, genuine, and truly top-notch. The food was delicious, and the birthday surprise was so thoughtful and touching. The team went above and beyond to make our mother-daughter trip exceptional, and that deserves a true 5-star rating. Thank you for everything—we cannot wait to return!

I had high expectations for this hotel in Tulum, but my experience was far from 5-star. Service was extremely poor from the start—we waited over an hour just to be served tea, which finally arrived with attitude and in a presentation worse than a basic café. Cleanliness was shocking: the pool restroom was filthy with urine all over the floor, and even after reporting it, no one bothered to clean it. The room itself looked nice but lacked maintenance—broken bathroom curtains, a shower that flooded the entire floor, and a terrace door that barely opened. Despite informing them it was my birthday trip, the hotel made no effort to acknowledge it. Overall, the resort looks good on the outside but fails in service, cleanliness, and maintenance. It is not worth the price or the 5-star rating and I would not stay here again or recommend it since there are a lot of better options.

No internet coverage

Our weeks stay was so peaceful and relaxing just what we needed. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble they went above and beyond. The cleaners came every day and were very serviable and discreet. They always left the bungalow spotless and neat. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and the food was excellent and the breakfast buffet was amazing. I would definitely recommend La Crique and we would return. Thank you
