I didn’t say it was great. I said it was good. The staff were great. The room was beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic, but I was very disappointed that the hot tub was not working other than that. I highly recommend the Spruce Grove Holiday Inn express.

Room was clean, but I feel like this hotel has really gone downhill over the years. Fireplace in main lobby was broken and the hot tub was “down for maintenance” we specifically book this hotel over the Christmas break to enjoy the hot tub while the kids swim in the pool, we were never told that it was down and the website did not list this at the time of booking. When I asked the front desk girl about it she said that it had been down for over a month. Disappointing to say the least. Overall it’s a typical holiday inn. Breakfast is decent, too.

Hot tub is not working and has not for awhile the check in staff shared. Giving 2 room keys that both did not work. Get to room and ice machine down on the floor. Room right beside the elevator and very noisey. Not happy at all.
