Very good

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast there was good as well. Compact design of room is clever but a little tight for us. However, we were out all day so didn’t dwell on this. Would recommend.
The Hub by premier is exactly as it appeared in Hotels.com booking engine. The stand double room was very small. However, the bed was very comfortable with quality linens. The overall housekeeping could have been better i.e the Glass Wall in the bathroom was in need of a cleaning. The breakfast was a good bargain at 6 pounds per person. Overall, the location of the Hotel was great, the staff helpful and kind and the stay was pleasurable.
Constantly short staffed. One registration kiosk was down the four nights we were there, and the soap dispenser in the dining room ladies’ room was empty the whole time. Rooms are tiny—like staying on a submarine. Warning: they won’t let you stay with a baby. Our kids had to walk 20 minutes to another hotel because they had an infant.
For $400/night I expect more than a room that is basically a closet. It was clean and modern but claustrophobic. There was also construction and scaffolding so I couldn't even see out my window. They say there is someone at the front desk 24/7 but there was literally never anybody there and I had to wait over 10 minutes every time for an employee to show up. 100% not the quality I expwct for the cost. Would not recommend
The biggest issue we had was locating the property. GPS showed we were by the hotel but the street number could not be found. After walking some more, a local gave us more specific directions. We finally found it hidden behind scaffolding, which we never suspected to find it.The property was clean, the staff pleasant and a typical continental breakfast.
This hotel has an excellent location close to pubs, buses, the tram, and the train station. The larger rooms are a decent size the small rooms are very small with no windows.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
With the small size of the room and no way to open the window AC is paramount. Our did not work.
Staff were great at trying to help. Even after the reset it did not work. With the fan given was barely enough to sleep.
Just make sure AC works prior to settling in.
I would 100% recommend this hotel. The room was small but enough to have a good rest, and the location was very convenient.

Disliked: Amenities
Our room was a handicapped room, my fault. There wasn’t even a glass for water. The hotel was cocooned in steel and being worked on. What they didn’t tell me was it would go on late into the night. The stag was great and the typical European breakfast was fine. Location was fantastic, which I’m sure they know.
Great inn, didn’t have a gym and very basic breakfast but makes sense for an inn. In addition such a great location walkable to everything and so many tourist sites near by, lots of GREAT restaurants near by and walkable to those areas too. Amazing location. Clean rooms, helpful staff
