The front staff were super welcoming and accommodating! Super sweet and loved the breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend if you’re ever in Guelph!

Room was clean with every convenience. Breakfast was AMAZING. Normally free hotel breakfasts are "womp womp" but this hotel had fruit, yoghurt, baked goods, a waffel maker, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, etc. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, but the front desk staff were sp nice and told me to ask for a.mattress topper next time. Hotel is on a busy stretch of road though, bring earplugs if you need quiet to sleep.

The bathroom in particular wasn't clean. Hair around and on the tub and red residue in the corners of tub frame. The shower also leaked all over the floor likely because of the curtain fabric not keeping water in which is just an unfortunate experience but hotel curtains do that.
