A stay at Emerald Hotel places you in the heart of Gisborne, steps from Te Tauihu Turanga Whakamana and 4 minutes by foot from Longbush Wines.
Was told had room on riverside. But was put on main road with trucks going all night. Asked for shower in unit and we got a spa bath was hard to climb into bath as hips problems. One staff member sent not a nice text when I had gone out of town for day demanding I pay by 2pm for the last night.
