I absolutely love this hotel,very convenient to get to the MTR and shopping a doorstep away. Now to mention the staffs they are very honest, left some jewellery in the safe. The cleaning lady found straight away she reported it. They called me as I was going to the airport… everything was sorted so quickly I will definitely stay here again in my next visit… the buffet is a defo try 😍well done courtyard 👍*6

Been staying there every 2 years for many years. This time was asked for a fixed damage deposit of 4000 HKD (= 444 HKD per night) that was not communicated in advance. PS. I paid £955 (9800 HKD) for the 9 nights stay and the damage deposit added 50% on top temporarily. A nice new environmental friendly feature is the hot/cold water filling station available on the same floor and the automatic detection of floor level by tapping the room key in the lift.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The property is quiet and beautifully maintained, which made it feel relaxing from the moment I arrived. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was modern, very clean, and much bigger than I expected. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back.
