The house was muchbigger than i exspected,love the old school video games alot.Its a very peaceful location,you can easily fall asleep to the rushing waters behind the house,a quiet neighborhood.Mr. West greeted you often,and is an intelligent man who provided good conversation and we had some laughs.Hes very knowledgeable about the area,and passionate about it as well,it's his home and to me thats a good feeling,i will be returning in the fall to ride the trails,access is easy and trails are endless.The house is well furnished,and parking is plentiful.

My only problem is the pool seems to be down almost every time I’m down there other than that it was beyond five stars

This 2 bedroom house has plenty of actual real beds (not just pull outs) throughout the house, which makes for a much better nights sleep! Centrally located for easy access to the ATV trails. Mr. & Mrs. Davis are wonderful and gracious hosts. Lots of good info on the geography and where to get supplies, food, trail passes etc. Autumn in these parts would be absolutely gorgeous.

Nice and clean I’ve met the host a few times very nice always wanting to help with anything I had my dog with me every thing you need in kitchen I highly recommend staying there

Super quiet area, close to the trails, had sound machines and fans in both bedrooms downstairs, I never ventures upstairs to check that situation. Grills outside were in good working order. Clean areas, comfy couches and plenty of parking with trailers. My only con would have been the fireplace being to close to the house next door so it would have felt like we were on top of them. Other than that I would stay here again.
