chambre manque un peu d'amour

En toute honnêteté, le séjour aurait pu être meilleur. Si à l'intérieur de la chambre, ça aurait été plus acceptable. Ma contrainte a été le banc de toilette qu'il a fallu serrer nous-même parce que on se dit que si on devait demander de l'aide à l'accueil probablement qu'on se serait fait où s'arrêter long à être fait. C'est seulement une opinion mais c'est mon point de vue. Autre point qui a été soulevé les rideaux de la chambre très difficile à fermer. À moins de vouloir grimper sur une chaise et à essayer de les remettre en place. Ça aurait été agréable de savoir que la piscine n'était pas disponible et de voir qu'il y avait un déjeuner aussi, pauvre

The property was under construction during our stay and hence the swimming pool was closed. The room was clean and spacious. The location is good as it is right beside the highway. Good place to stay.

This is a nice older hotel which has been renovated and is a good value. Very accessible to the NYS Thruway.

I don’t normally post bad reviews and I understand this hotel Is being transitioned to a Quality Inn and therefore has renovations going on and bathrooms and ventilation system aren’t updated yet…but our bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned and the shower drain was so clogged it filled up with water after 2 minutes of showering, so it was like taking a bath and a shower. The floors were dirty and made the floor towel black. We found long, thick, dark hairs all over (we both have shorter, thinner hair so it wasn’t ours and we saw it as soon as we walked in). The tracks for the drapes were broken and we couldn’t fully close the drapes (our room looked out to pool and other rooms so no privacy). Also, when I tried to check out, there was no one there and I rang the bell twice and no one came. So, I just left my key cards and left as we were in a rush to get to an appt. For $100 CAD a night, I only ask for a clean bathroom without a clogged drain. The sheets were clean and furniture seemed to be new. Otherwise, I would have asked to switch even though it was late. I won’t be staying there again unfortunately.

By far one of the worst properties I have stayed at ! They say the pool & the fitness is open online, you get there and the pool is drained out with tvs and beds in the pool area! Then the fitness room is inside the pool room that's filled with pool cleaning supplies ! Soon as you enter the room it smells like mildew tbh through the whole building, the carpets in the hallways collect so much humidity the carpet were soaking puddle wet. You pay a deposit for what waffles ? They say hot breakfast it for sure was not a hot breakfast the only thing hot was waffles they had all that space and literally put waffle mix and cereal out but claim it's a hot breakfast. The false advertising online is ridiculous.

The shower curtain in the bathroom had mold all over it. There was dirt on the floor in the bathroom as well. The towels had stains on them. The air in the room did not work, and the windows did not open so it was very stuffy. And the sheets had a musty smell to them. I only stayed for one night, hoping things would be different since the last time I was there. But it seems as though they got worse. The people checking you in are always pleasant and very nice but I just wish I felt more clean there.

Terrible experience! It was dirty! Bedding was missing! It took them 1.5 to get me clean bedding that I had to change. There were no toiletries AT ALL in the room. Dirty linens from the last guest and I was told too bad, there was nothing they would do!!
