The magnificent chef's kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and outdoor weber grill make cooking and dining easy and enjoyable inside or out. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 new bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are ensuite (with bathrooms). There is central air conditioning, a finished basement with Ping Pong, Bumper pool and TV - great on a rainy day and a bonus room with mats, weights, a bench and Peleton! The hot tub comes with blue tooth and colored lights and the outdoor lighting makes for beautiful tropical evenings.
There's a two car garage and ample parking. Set on over two with a gated entrance Courtside is your ticket to the Hamptons easy breezy lifestyle.
