This house packs a punch! Recently renovated, completely gutted and rebuilt in the last 3 years. Absolutely beautiful house on a beautiful property - you will be amazed ...
First - the HOUSE. Complete with 6 bedrooms, this house can sleep 15 people comfortably and has 4 full bathrooms. There is a beautiful kitchen that overlooks the backyard, pool and with views of the bay. Sunsets are unreal.
Second - the PROPERTY. There is a heated pool, with a slide and surrounding deck. Gets great sun - perfect spot for hanging and socializing. Down futher past the pool is more land, good for playing sports, throwing ball, playing wiffleball or volleyball. There is a full children's playground. This leads to the bay inlet where you can canoe or kayak or paddle - you pick! Note: Boats are not included with the rental.
Last but not least - LOCATION. This house is a short 10 minute car ride from the center of East Hampton town. Located off of Three Mile Harbor road, its perfectly situated at the north part of the Springs. As a renter you will get access to the local, PRIVATE beach which given the current health crisis is a huge plus. Not to mention the sunsets are unreal.
The charm and the warmth of this house should not go unmentioned. It has a great, happy energy and we are looking for renters who will respect the house and truly enjoy its unique presence.
