First time offered for rent, this superb property offers a cozy bedroom and a large bathroom with oversize walk in tiled rain shower for guests to relax in. The Main room boasts a cathedral ceiling with many windows to let the natural light shine in. Living room offers a pullout sofa for extra bedding for family or friends. With a cool vibe and wonderful ambiance, this studio is the perfect retreat for your vacation. A great place to call homebase while you're away. Or a perfect place for an executive stay and work from home. Located at the end of a quiet street. Bring your kayak, 5 minute walk to Jenkins Pond and enjoy a paddle, fishing or swimming. A beach buggy is available for easy towing of our beach chairs, umbrella & beach towels & a cooler. Or relax on our quaint quiet patio and listen to the birds and sounds of the nearby pond. Perfect for reading a book or remote work. Or have a BBQ on our grill. There also is a wonderful outside shower (seasonally), a must in New England in the summer! Less than 4 miles to the Island Queen seasonal passenger ferry to Martha's Vineyard. 10 minute drive to downtown Falmouth. 10-15 minute drive to Falmouth area beaches. Studio is attached to a main house, however, has completely different entrances and no shared space or parking. Please inquire about discounts for longer stays over 28 days!!
