The heat in the room did not reasonable temperature. After arriving, turning on the heat, setting it to the maximum, leaving for nearly two hours for dinner, and returning, the room was still about 58 - 60 degrees. By morning, it was about 66 degrees. Not worth the $150 cost per night. And the door from the outside closest to the room did not open using the card key. I would have reported this all to the front desk, but it was not open when I returned after dinner nor before I left in the morning.

I didn’t deal with any of the staff but the room was clean, was warm. Pool was lots of fun. Was very accommodating to us needed to check in early. Overall was very enjoyable and will be back soon.

Vrty clean and comfortable! No eggs at breakfast 😒 but still other choices available. One downfall was the floor by one of the pool entry doors sinks in causing a trip hazard. The carpet hides the soft spot.
