The room was very spacious, also the staff was very courteous & kind

Quick check-in, great parking availability, rooms always clean.

The room was listed incorrectly (said it was a suite that slept 6, but it was just 2 beds) and breakfast is not included. It was clean and new, though.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at for at least 25 years. It was dirty, outdated. Staff seemed indifferent.

We showed up late, at 9:30, no one was in the parking lot, but the lady at the front desk told me they only had one downstairs room left and she has the air on for us. Ok, cool, I'm disabled and can't do stairs due to multiple spine surgeries. But we get into the room and it was only a queen. Also, the air wasn't on, not sure why she lied to me about that, but whatever. I paid for a king so I'm not sure why i was downgraded to a queen without even being told that we were being downgraded. We were so tired we just decided to deal with it and not fight the lady over the downgraded room and empty parking lot. Then we noticed a giant burn in the blanket. The bathroom was dirty and the tub hadn't been cleaned out in who knows how long.
