Good and alright.

Loved the room, mostly clean, beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom had some hairs on the wall in the shower. Kitchen area was very clean. One of the bedrooms has red stuff on the ceiling that doesn’t belong there, and dirty under the windows. Nice view

Nice hotel, quiet, lots of great and fun food and drink options inside if you need them, and most importantly pet friendly! Staff were very nice and quick with bedding requests. Would come back.

The room we were in had dog hair all over the floor and furniture. We found a dirty sock on the floor and a pill on the nightstand. It was very obvious that it was not vacuumed or cleaned well at all. Very disappointed

The room was large and spacious. Hallways well lit and clean. Our suite - 1 bed not made, but 1 was. Bathrooms were very clean. However conditioner dispenser was empty. Carpet looked unvacuumed, still had visible pet hair. Refrigerator not cleaned, 2 bottles of pop and half a can of dog food left in it. It is near several restaurants and easy walk to Bayfront and the Decc.

This place was great for my husband and two teenage children. The adults had a bedroom and the kids used the pullout plus a roll away. The room has been recently updated and looks great. We had a nice view and breakfast was delicious. The elevators always arrived quickly.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience at this hotel. The person at check in was very hard to understand and our room keys were not keyed properly. We found our room on the 4th floor with 2 hallway entry doors, one of which had a broken lock. There were no outside windows in this hotel room, which felt like a huge fire hazard. The walls and ceiling were paper thin - heard everyone who walked down the hall, the shower next door and things dropping on the floor above us. The only redeeming quality of the hotel was the location. Extremely disappointed in this property!

We have been frequent visitors to The Suites for over a decade. This particular time...we ended up having to wait over an hour for our room. They were short staffed and there was a major event at the DECC (for which we were participating). The manager on duty discounted our room cost appropriately without us even asking. THANK YOU! We live in a "vacation destination" area also and are aware of the staffing opportunities. We thank the staff for all they do!!! We will always return.

Hotel was clean, they allow pets, my room had bunch of dog hair on blanket and floor .people hair in sinkcand tub.and NO bath towels. Otherwise not to bad .also we were in middle of hotel with no windows. Felt alittle trapped
