Thermostat in the room was not working - it was way colder than 72. The hot water was spotty. There isn't enough parking and I had to park up the hill - for the amount I spent for 3 nights, one would at least expect a place to park. The restaurant is terrible - it used to be good. Now you have to use some stupid app to order, you don;t see a server until food comes out, but expected to tip 18-25%. The breakfast was terrible. We were one of 2 tables in there at 7am and it took 30+ minutes to get a coffee and 40 minutes for breakfast - which had cold eggs, crappy bread and butter too cold to spread, waffles that were by no means good. Can't come up with a compelling reason to go back, especially for the cost.

Our room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Beds were average. When we told them our coffee maker didn’t work they immediately replaced it. We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant (the drinks were especially good). The common areas of the hotel are quite dated and worn, but the room itself was not. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again.

For this being a Hilton the property was not maintained very well - cracked bathroom ceiling. The whirlpool was not working. The sauna was not hot. The elevators were terrible 10 -15 minute wait to get to our room on the 12th floor.

Overall the Radisson was OK. Everything was clean. Beds comfortable. Location was great. However the elevator wait times were ridiculous. You can wait up to 10 minutes to get an elevator and 1/2 the time they would be full so you would have to wait for the next one. The TV reception was very poor.

Hotel was good. Food at the restraunt was good, but no servers-everything is done on your phone including finding a menu. Hard to navigate and read. Took 45 minutes to get a drink. Appetizers came out with our meal-would not recommend to anyone.

We were here after a blizzard so it was nice to have the restaurant in the building. Their prices were surprisingly reasonable too! The only disappointment of our stay was that the hot tub was out of service.
