Very friendly staff. Was able to park in lot by hotel. Great German atmosphere with the restaurant /garden. Located next to all shops and restaurants, but just at edge of old town. Beautiful hotel! The front desk woman spoke perfect English, much appreciated! We went on a day cruise up the Rhine River and this was the perfect hotel! Super clean, delicious breakfast, and the employees really cared about their jobs.
