Very comfortable, clean, modern hotel. Also very quiet in the night. Also, the staff are very nice. Easy to walk into the hotel, simply across the train station and then it’s enjoyable to walk and explore downtown. .

The hotel is very clean with spacious rooms and bathroom. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We didn’t quite like the beds as they were two narrow and the mattresses were hard to our personal taste. Otherwise everything was lovely.

Great location, pretty and extremely clean rooms. The staff were lovely and check-in and out very smooth.

Decent size room, nice toiletries and the slippers were a nice touch. I appreciated being able to access my Netflix account easily. I especially liked the pod coffee machine in the room as well as kettle, sensible size cups and plentiful supply of tea-bags. The breakfast offerings were varied and included fruit and cereal as well as the standard cooked options. The bar area on the first floor was welcoming and the free tapas was another nice touch. Overall, a very nice experience. Very nice staff.

This is an absolutely amazing hotel, and we will absolutely be returning here (for a longer stay!) next time we are in Bologna. Pick this hotel and you will have a wonderful visit!!!
