Check in and out was very easy. The hotel and room were very clean. The hotel itself is gorgeous and well decorated. Breakfast had a lot of choices (eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, muffins, etc) and was cooked well. The gym is small with a few necessary pieces of equipment. Our room could have used a small table with a couple of chairs (there was only a desk and 1 chair). The sliding door on the bathroom seemed unnecessary and it doesn't shut out steam and other undesirable things. The bar was beautiful and the bartender, Alan, was cheerful and pleasant. He had a lot of tips of where to go and what to see. Oh, and he makes an excellent gin and tonic! But, beware, I'm not a big believer but I thought I saw someone walk into the bar and when I followed in there was no one there. I've heard it's haunted!
