The woman office Manager that checked me in & out was one of the best ever. She was friendly, efficient & had GREAT energy! I wasn't expecting breakfast but it was way more than I expected. There was a variety of things to eat & drink. Superb! I loved the theme of the hotel that was carried out throughout - from the decor to signage. It was a fun take on being Catholic without being sarcastic or insulting.

Hotel was historic and unique since it was a convent and music school. The rooms were clean, but carpet could be replaced. The lobby and bar were neat and historic, breakfast was great. The area around the hotel is sketchy. Lots of homeless people.

We had a street view room on the second floor, by the crosswalk. The buzzer for the crosswalk was going off all night. If we would stay longer, we would have asked to change rooms. The atmosphere of the hotel is great! Breakfast was very nice. A boutique hotel experience in the big city.

Loved the non-corporate feel--no mini-bar or overpriced 'gotcha' snacks--the incorporation of past convent/nun themes ('Make Me Clean Again, Peace Be Unto Me, Money is the root of all evil'), the nun portraits, the calm still prayer feel emanating from the walls, and the bell tower that rung the time, giving it an old world feel, not to mention breakfasting in the high-ceilinged chapel. Clean room, old world feel, ease and unfussiness. Unique. Thank you.

Room was clean and had great amenities. Staff was super nice at check in the card machine was having an issue so desk had to let me in to my room with a master key. The woman was very nice and apologetic about it and handled the issue with grace.

Room was in great condition. The smell was a bit too much/strong. Wasn’t a bad odor. Just too much of whatever they spray it down with. Wish they would have had an ac unit as well. ( only heater ) had to sleep with the windows open.overall was a great stay 7/10

Beautiful, but pack a fan!

First I want to say that the hotel is beautiful, the service was incredible and the location was ideal for the event we were attending. The only complaint I have is it was (at times) unbelievably hot in our room. The only option on the air conditioning until was heat. We were able to crack a window a little bit which helped a tad, but it made getting a restful night of sleep challenging. Well worth the visit and I would absolutely stay here again, just maybe when there is snow on the ground!
