If you don't feel like calling it a day just yet, enjoy a cup of hot cocoa and cozy up on the patio furniture and rug on the seasonal farmer's porch as the sun dips towards the lake. The propane firepit is a perfect place to stargaze as you reminisce with loved ones. As nights come to a close, the TV and free WiFi will keep everyone entertained until they doze off to the sound of the wind blowing through the trees outside.
Sitting along the bank of Sebec Lake, there will be no shortage of lake activities like kayaking, fishing, and boating, mere steps from your back door! When you have had your fill of spring fishing or fall hikes, make your way into Dover-Foxcroft proper, just six miles away, and grab a bite to eat. A day of hiking will be just a mile and a half from home base at Peaks-Kenny State Park for even more outdoor adventure. Don't miss out on the winter activities; this is also an excellent location for snowmobiling and snowshoeing!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
