Dormea is a destination with heaps of cool stories to tell. If you reckon your life's been a bit dull lately, a trip here is the perfect answer!

It sits 460 kilometres northwest of Madrid, the national capital of Spain.

While you're here, take a trip to experience one of the region's most famed attractions, Santiago de Compostela Cathedral. Venture to Santiago de Compostela, 40 kilometres to the west, and you'll be there in no time.

Orzan Beach and Riazor Beach are the places to go if you want to go somewhere to kick back and relax.

It's common knowledge that spending time in the great outdoors is good for your mind and body. In light of that, why wouldn't you journey 40 kilometres out of Dormea to Santiago de Compostela Tourism Office? Toxa Waterfalls, 30 kilometres away, is one more recommended option.

Enjoy the excitement of observing a live soccer game at San Lazaro Stadium, home to the SD Compostela. After you've cheered and clapped along with their devoted fans, why not enjoy a drink with them somewhere nearby? To reach the stadium, head 35 kilometres west to San Lazaro.

Venture outwards and see what's happening in Boimorto, 4 kilometres to the west. Many travellers come here for Sobrado Abbey and Punto de Información Turística de Sobrado. Alternatively, Melide is 8 kilometres to the southeast of Dormea. Swing by this destination for access to Church of Santa María de Melide and Brañas Waterfall.

Betanzos Church of San Francisco, Museo das Marinas and Irmans Garcia Naveira Square are all pretty close to Betanzos, 35 kilometres to the north. Need some more reasons to stop by? Pazo de Marinan and Parque el Pasatiempo aren't far away either.
