The bathroom is very poorly designed: once you shower the entire floor is flooded and quite slippery. Prior to me showering, the shower also leaked, so the floor was wet when I used the toilet during the night. 2 hangers were provided, but there is nowhere to unpack anything. Otherwise the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Location is excellent, you literally are in the terminal ! Didn’t have a kettle etc but plenty of coffee shops in terminal. Rooms were quiet as well.

The rooms are much smaller than they appear! Could barely fit our luggage in - but we were only there for one night before our morning flight. Having dinner in the airport is strange - be aware that places close earlier than you might expect. It was clean, friendly and cosy though - with a great view of the planes!

Very friendly staff at check in and check out. Other than that a decent stay in a little room perfect for an early flight. If you have big check-in bags the spare space in the room will likely be used up so ideally check them in the night before and go hand luggage only.

Great find if you have an early flight or have a stop over and don’t have enough time to travel into the city centre. The night receptionist was super helpful and kind, the room has a control panel that is pretty straightforward to use - all in all a very good experience, and I will definitely stay again!

Right inside South Terminal and rooms and features all controlled by your phone. We didn't have to see or talk to anyone. Really great if you have an early morning flight and don't want to have to deal with airport shuttles etc and your steps away from security.
