Book Diomondi hotels

The highlight of our 2 day stay was Joseph. He was a five star employee, really positive, helpful and a great ambassador for the hotel. Our 'premier' room was spacious, clean and modern. Everything we needed. We don't like leaving negative reviews but his hotel just lacked any sort of guest interaction (apart from Joseph!). The breakfast time had to be booked and adhered to.. but the offer was really poor. No member of staff present, really basic and no real thought. We choose to stay in this hotel as it was my birthday treat. We told reception before we arrived but they did not even wish me a happy birthday let alone leave a message. We would have been a lot happier somewhere else! If you want a soulless place to say which is clean, modern and central this is fine. Don't expect anything more... unless of course Joseph is working .

Excellent parador in 400 year old monastery high above town. Plenty of parking, staff friendly and helpful, room large and well equipped. Restaurant was superb, great service and very high quality food. Not much to see in Monforte, but a drive through the Sil valley is stunning.

This place is my favourite ever! Really 5* experience. Such a gorgeous place in a very beautiful Village. Bedrooms are so well set up. Every single space is so clean Service is completly amazing, so helpful and such a hard workers. The spa is a privilege, worm, clean, private and beautiful. I only have good things to say about this place and is my second stay there. 100% recommended.
