The room was good, however the hot water took forever to come on form the shower. the breakfast was good but there were no plates and the person on the desk was unable to find any. I was also surprised to be charged for parking the car.

We always enjoy staying here to bring in the New Year away from all the people shooting in the city. The only thing I wasn't fond of was paying $3 to park at a room I paid over $200 to rent for the night. When checking in I was asked if I had a vehicle that would be staying and was informed about a $3 parking fee for me to park. I don't know when that started but it very weird to have to pay to park when you're paying to rent a hotel room and there isn't any security patrolling the parking lot. So we found that very weird.

Perfect spot for our game night. Two bedrooms, living space and full kitchen. Tuck away ftom main r oad so it was quiet. Noon checkout is amazing. Room was ckean and beds were comfortable.

The room was stained with the awful smell of cooked food, my room was particularly had compared to the hallway. The bathroom was moldy and dirty with hair on the ceilings, a dirty toilet seat, a toilet that rocked when you sat on it, the water in the toilet ran constantly as well. Very poor conditions. Yes they were nice but that doesn’t make up for such a gross experience.

Everything was very nice clean spacious room and comfy bed. Staff was nice with the exception that I believe my card was charged for the night although I already paid via Expedia. There was a $220 hold on my card not sure why when I pre paid for the night via Expedia. I was told the computer charges its own taxes and fees when I called which doesnt make sense to me. Was told to call back if the whole $220 does not go back into my account after coming out of pending. Other than the deposit there should not have been any other charges to my card.

Lukewarm water for shower and you cannot take a shower. Requested the handyman but could not fix. Floor had a lot of dirty spots and not clean. GM didn't reach out after requested and went home due to weekend. Beware- a horrible hotel. Very unusual for BONVoY hotels. Hotels.com rep was very kind and helpful. Let's see how hotels.com can fix this.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She even remembered us the next morning. The room and facility was clean. The room was spacious. Breakfast was good, better than many places we have stayed. The breakfast staff was also nice and on top of things.

The staff was fairly good. The complimentary breakfast was good; better than I expected. The atmosphere and condition of the suites was not that appealing and in need of improvement/updating. It met my needs since I was in town for a family funeral for 2 days.
