Customer service was pleasant. Every one at the front desk was friendly. The room was okay, the bathroom door would not close easily therefore it was difficult to lock. The towel holder came undone the first night. When the cleaning was done it was the bare minimum and received a towel with a stain.

Wonderful place

Room was comfortable and clean. There was an "odor " but we felt it may be from cleaning supplies they use, unsure though. It does have an included breakfast but not what we anticipated. This was more continental like bagels, muffins, cereal, and yogurt. No buffet style with warm foods. Overall still a good value and would stay again.

We booked 2 rooms thru Expedia. They only had one available when we arrived at 9pm. They blamed Expedia, even though my Expedia confirmation showed 2 rooms. Desk attendant did not act surprised or apologetic. obviously they gave away one of our rooms, as they were sold out. I visit Michigan often & will no longer stay at this hotel.

Rooms were nice/ clean. The lobby refreshments needed up keep the hot water was cold had to microwave it to have a hot tea the lids didn’t fit cups. No towels at pool had to ask. Around 5:30 am the garbage truck emptied the bin by our window room. That woke all of us up. Liked late check out for noon. Didn’t do breakfast so can’t comment on that. I’d stay again. The room was clean nice and affordable. Staff polite and helpful Would recommend.

I understand the “going green” aspect of hotel service. We were ok with having our room cleaned every other day BUT we didn’t even have that, even after calling the front desk. Breakfast was good and the young lady kept that area up front spotless.
