The room was in disrepair (bunched up carpeting, poor wall repair, water stain and mold in the bathroom, cracked and broken tub). The staff was not very welcoming - the gentleman at check-in seemed annoyed and the woman at checkout was literally asleep at the desk. I had to wake her. Also, the location was quite noisy - lots of noise from the nearby road.

We unexpectedly ended up at this hotel when our flight was cancelled. Mandrell at the front desk was absolutely wonderful - we arrived very late at night, bedraggled and overwhelmed...Mandrell was so thoughtful, kind and helpful! We really appreciated her! The shuttle to the airport was convenient and straightforward!

I didn’t know I had to call for the shuttle. The room was nice. The carpet in the rest of the hotel was stained and had lumps. The bathroom Ceiling in my room showed signs of a leak which had been repaired but seemed to have been damaged again. The whole place needs updating. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The cold air was blowing through the windows, I shut them the best I could, but there was still a whistling sound all night. My wakeup call was for 5am, it rang at 7:30pm the night before. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful, I would stay there again.

The location of this hotel is right off the highway, across from airport and insulation isn’t that great so there’s some noise in the rooms. The rooms are a bit run down, and didn’t feel all that clean. That being said, the price was right and the guy who runs the bar was super nice, attentive and hard working. For that reason I would probably come back, even though the room itself was subpar.
