Nice room and good location of the hotel. Breakfast was very nice.

I had a wonderful time and the staff was terrific in helping me with the train i needed to take.

Very comfortable place to stay. Close to everything.

It was our fourth visit to Martin’s Relais. We didn’t require breakfast so couldn’t mark, not because there has been anything wrong with it, but because we like to try different places. We didn’t really use any facilities so again couldn’t comment. The room was comfortable and shower was very good. We had a minor issue with unemptied bins and unreplenished supplies on the first day (we had similar issues last stay) and someone else was at the desk with the same problem.Our main issue was that the noise from the road especially trucks & motorcycles from early in the morning which disturbed our sleep, we were in room 31. We mentioned this at checkout but the response was dismissive. We haven’t had problems in the past so next time we would request a quieter room such as a canal room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Very centrally located and even close to a small grocery store. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff was super helpful, the room was clean and cozy, the fireplace at night was warm and inviting, and the pool was very nice. We be very happy to stay here again.
