Surrey Winery Accommodation

My room was large, well heated, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly & helpful. There was plenty of parking. Food was nice at dinner and breakfast.

I’m disabled and poor sleep and stress can often trigger a flare of my symptoms. The disabled room I was staying in is through one door in proximity to the bar/reception. I was kept awake most of the night, until finally I called the hotel at 2.00am and asked if there were people sat at the bar. I was told yes and I explained they were keeping me awake with rowdy cheering, shouting and laughter. The noise did stop after that, but my pain symptoms were already triggered. I reported it to the manager in the morning and asked that I be contacted once she had investigated. Zero contact regarding the issue. Would not stay here again or recommend it.

Clean room but no lift and the place is in need of a refresh.

Breakfast was good room clean

Excellent staff, very helpful and polite. The only problem I had was that drawing the curtains in my room was very challenging as the rings on the curtain pole didn’t glide smoothly and you had to wrench the curtain closed and open. Food was excellent and the room was quiet overlooking a peaceful garden. A good 4 out of 5.

Another lovely stay at the Harbour Hotel, loved the newly refurbished room. Genny, front of house was wonderful and accomodating, thank you.
