Her sweet, warm, and genuinely pleasant demeanor made every interaction feel personal and heartfelt. Her care and attention made us feel truly valued as guests. It’s rare to meet someone in hospitality who radiates such kindness while maintaining impeccable professionalism — she is a true gem. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. James, who surprised us with an incredible upgrade at no additional cost. This thoughtful gesture elevated our experience and allowed us to enjoy the beauty of Sugar Beach in an even more special way. His friendly approach and commitment to guest satisfaction are a perfect example of what makes this resort so exceptional. Great property, service, and experience at the Landings. Visited friends at the Sandals next door and had poor experiences both visits. The grounds and service at the Sandals does not even compare to the Landings. Will be back!

I had an absolutely amazing vacation at this property. From the moment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The windjamer landing hotel property was clean,beautiful and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Customer service was amazing, everyone was so friendly. Very relaxing hotel. If you are looking for fun, this hotel is very layback not a lot of activity and far from other main hotel. But time well spent, will book again.
