Checked in early and staff amazingly friendly x that part great start. After which it went down hill. Now I know if I wasn’t happy with the room you should always call reception and ask to change but we had booked a standard room and so to be fair it was okay. However come midnight, there is a green light constantly flashing in the room and the shower fixtures are broken so you have to hold the hose, the facia to the charge point was hanging off so not safe and honestly for £200 a night really poor. Breakfast fine. But when we told the reception in the morning the greeting was what do you want us to do it’s to late now. Really poor finish which ia a shame.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Situated right next to the airport which was convenient for easy flight departure. Our flight was early, so we were unable to take advantage of the breakfast which surprisingly only starts at 7am. Nice spa available in the hotel, it was very busy so I am not sure if people not staying at the hotel use it as a day spa. Nice pool, but what looked like it was supposed to be a hot tub next to it with jacuzzi jets was cold. Not sure what was going on there. There is a nice park across the way with lots of beautiful, colourful birds. Hotel located 5 minute walk from the city train which allows you to easily travel downtown and into the historic centre for. 1.30 euro/person. Staff was not overly friendly. Not a single one gave us a smile or pleasant hello during our stay, they were all serious business and looking mildly annoyed about everything. Room was standard size with a comfy bed, in room safe and a small fridge.

Th staff was very friendly. Very nice breakfast buffet and location was close to many sites.

Very aged property. Need cleaning. Need update.
