Excellent location....five mins to bus terminal/market, 10 mins to Riga train station. Helpful, enthusiastic staff, well appointed facility.

From the moment we walked in, the hotel charmed us with its distinctive design, quaint atmosphere, and character. It was anything but an ordinary hotel. But what really made the stay exceptional was the staff. They went well beyond being simply polite and friendly. They were genuinely attentive, exceptionally helpful, and always willing to go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. A truly memorable experience.

Gym treadmill could use some maintenance and that is literally the only thing I could even lightly mention as an issue; the hotel is fabulous!

The room was clean, and the pre-booking system for the spa facilities was very convenient and well organised. However, the staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming. The biggest disappointment was the Wi-Fi. It was extremely difficult to connect, which made the internet service very frustrating to use. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the Wi-Fi issue definitely needs improvement.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome to the comfortable and clean rooms. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The atmosphere was lovely, and everything was well taken care of. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. We would definitely love to come back! 😊

Wonderful hotel in a very convenient location. Super staff. Well maintained property. Would certainly stay here again.
