Kenya Winery Accommodation

The airport is very close to the airport and they offer free shuttle every hour. They also secured a driver for us to take us into Nairobi for dinner and they also offer safaris to Nairobi National Park. A real gem Of a park and a knowledgeable guide. Much cheaper than hiring outside company! The restaurant food is excellent and the staff is superb. A real haven of luxury in hectic and gritty Nairobi!

1st room had bed bugs but I was relocated to another room on an upper level. Staff and service was great.

Great stay. Hotel room just smell old. Maybe need air freshener .smell like mold but don’t see any.

This was my second time staying and it’s just wonderful!! I’ve been at many of the hotels near the airport and this one is just the best. They are so good to their clients and make you feel right at home. This is my go to hotel when I land in Nairobi from now on

For years I have visited Nairobi on business and I have to say this is probably the best hotel in the city. I spent one week here and I did not want to leave. Facilities are modern, clean and comfortable, food is absolutely delicious but most importantly, every single member of the staff is there to help, to greet you with a smile and to make your day better. A true example of Kenyan hospitality. From the moment you are picked up at the airport, to the moment you are dropped off again, there is always someone ready to help. I will come back.

The two ladies at the reception Faith B and Mercy doing the night shift were outstanding and I believe they deserve a raise in salary. I want to inform Ibis, they are the evening Diamonds of that Hotel, very professional, welcoming and absolutely amazing with good knowledge of the area which made me feel very much at home.
